About this bot
Bad Bitches Network Bot (BBA), application ID 1565601578684256297, is a privately operated community bot. It serves Bad Bitches Anonymous and selected partner-server functions. Its features include moderation, roles, verification/support/report tickets, member introductions, consent controls, birthdays, temporary voice rooms, network role checks, channel relays and the Skullies virtual-points shop.
The bot is intended for adult communities. Adult channels and functions must use Discord’s age-restriction controls. Personal or non-commercial operation does not remove data-protection obligations.
Data the bot processes
Discord user/server/channel/message IDs; account display names; membership and role changes; relevant voice-channel participation; moderation actions and case information; ticket information; and preferences, profiles, birthdays, consent requests or other information you submit to features.
Optional introduction forms can include age, gender, sexuality, relationship information and detailed intimate preferences. These fields currently remain at the operators’ request, pending clarification from Discord about sensitive-data restrictions. Do not interpret this policy as confirmation that Discord has approved those fields.
Skullies wallets, protected bank balances, rentals, gifts and currency exchange receipts are virtual-game records. The bot has no cash-out feature and does not request payment-card or bank-account details.
Messages and media
Automated moderation examines relevant messages for scam/invite/mention rules. The image checker processes supported photos in the configured unverified SFW media channel locally in temporary memory. It does not train a model on member content or send the images to an external AI service. Videos are allowed without visual checking.
The server-wide message-history archive and /history browser have been removed. The review-preparation build also records message edits/deletions as activity metadata without copying their previous/new text into routine activity logs. Selected moderation cases and support/report ticket transcripts can still retain relevant text for staff handling.
The bot does not save downloaded member photos/videos as a media archive. Generated welcome cards and static bot artwork are distinct from member-uploaded media. Older deployments, previous staff exports, Discord messages or backups may contain earlier records until operators remove them.
Age-verification tickets
Staff review proof in a private Discord ticket. The instructions ask for a redacted ID image showing only the photo, date of birth and state/region of issue. Legal name, address, document number, signatures, barcodes/QR codes and unrelated information should be covered. Do not type ID numbers or DOB details into ticket messages.
The bot does not download or archive member ID-image files. Discord hosts ticket uploads. Successful ticket closure deletes the ticket channel and its messages. The operators cannot promise when Discord removes its own caches, backups or other platform copies.
The review-preparation build makes verification transcripts metadata-only: ticket reference, member/staff Discord identity, type, outcome, timestamps and cross-verification source where applicable. It excludes the verification conversation, ID-image files, DOB and issuing-state details. Basic verification outcome records are retained.
This ID-upload flow remains pending Discord clarification. Redacting an ID and avoiding local image storage do not establish that solicitation or handling of the proof meets Discord’s sensitive-data rules.
Retention and deletion
Active settings, profiles, consent/block preferences, role/rental entitlements and virtual balances are kept while needed for the enabled feature or an ongoing case/transaction. Minimal transaction receipts prevent duplicate debit/credit after outages. Requests for access, correction or deletion are handled by the operators.
The review build provides explicit operator controls for local retention: delivered activity-event payloads after 30 days, and audit entries, completed privacy requests, closed-ticket details and closed-consent notes after 90 days. These controls require activation by the operators. They do not automatically erase all Discord posts, transcripts, active-feature records, network-peer copies or backups.
Previously saved message-history archives remain until operators explicitly remove them. Operators must also handle Discord-side copies, exported transcripts, peer-bot data and backups where applicable. A data request is not marked completed merely because it was submitted.
Storage and security
Bot records are stored on the operators’ Cybrancee host in databases and text files. Operator-only controls restrict sensitive administration to the two configured bot-management accounts; staff permissions restrict ticket/moderation access. Bot-to-bot features accept traffic only from the configured peer bot.
Host storage and backup encryption have not yet been independently confirmed for this installation. Do not assume the bot’s plain SQLite/text files provide encryption by themselves. Provider confirmation or appropriate encrypted storage must be established before asserting that requirement is satisfied.
Contact and your requests
For privacy questions, data access/correction/deletion, or reporting an issue with the bot, email discordshared@gmail.com. The bot’s /privacy command provides the same contact. /privacyrequest submits a request tied to your authenticated Discord account and provides a receipt/status.
Include your Discord user ID, the feature/server involved and what you want changed or deleted. Do not send a government ID, DOB photo, password, token, medical information or payment details with the request. Operators may ask for a non-sensitive way to establish account ownership.
Email remains an option if you have left the server or cannot access the commands. We aim to respond promptly and handle requests according to applicable requirements. Notify us if you believe information has been exposed to someone unauthorized.
Bot terms of use
Use the bot in accordance with Discord’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and the rules of the participating server. Adult content must remain in appropriately age-restricted spaces. Do not submit false reports, exploit the bot or disclose someone else’s sensitive information.
Skullies and Sunset Shop Points are virtual community points with no cash-redemption guarantee. Roles, prices and feature availability are administered by server management. Bot availability and Discord API behavior can interrupt operations; saved receipts support recovery rather than guaranteeing uninterrupted service.
These terms do not replace Discord’s rules or remove your applicable rights. Privacy requests and issues can be sent to the contact above. This policy may be updated as the bot changes; the effective version/date is shown on this page.
